Our step-by-step process
Step 1 | Client Design Briefing
Our Marketing Consultant will interview the client and ask questions about the customer type you wish to reach to understand their usage and some behavioral patterns. We will also cover digital platform(s) and important design elements to understand our client’s design pallet. Additionally, we will discuss important topics to gauge the project scope as we collect project assets such as written content, images and videos to set our goals and client expectations. This critical step allows us to present designs in a manner that is consistent with your product/project requirements. Step 2 | The Site Map or Information Architecture
A website structure (hierarchy) or Site Map will be created by our UX Design Consultant based on the information gathered from the Client Briefing Meeting. This stage of the process will decide how many web pages the website will have and how they will be placed and structured on the website. The client gets the opportunity to provide feedback as we make the necessary adjustments. Once approval is made, we move forward to the next stage. Step 3 | The Blueprint Wireframe
Our UX Design Consultant will create initial wireframe(s) based on client requirements. These wireframe will contain the approved navigation from the site map stage. You are able to provide feedback and request adjustments, once approval is provided, we will move to the next phase in the design process. Step 4 | The Visual Concept | A Prototype of Your Website
Now our UX Designer will create a Visual concept based on your content. Here, we will see the website image come to life. The Prototype will show all of the pages that contain variation from the home page and will function as a direct reflection of the approved site map, wireframe and your direct design requirements taken directly from the client briefing document. You get the opportunity click through the prototype as a customer would experience. After client signed approval this concept design moves into one of the final stage. If necessary, we also provide additional services for testing this prototype with real end customers to ensure your content meets their requirements. Step 5 | Website Development
At this stage we take the visual concept and we program your approved design as a coded, programmed website. Here we will insert your written content, images, videos, sound bites and link all of the necessary website elements. The client will need to provide feedback at critical stages for adjustments till it is approved for the final testing stage. The site will be tested end-to-end to ensure all components are working correctly.

When to update your website?
